Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions before using the www.mcgregor-fashion.com Web site (the "Site"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Accordingly, you should check the date of the Terms & Conditions (which appear at the end of this document) and review any changes since the last version. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this Site.

Prices and Quantity Limits
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased and/or to prohibit sales to dealers. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Copyright
All content included in the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of McGregor Fashion Group N.V. or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of McGregor Fashion Group N.V. and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order on the Site or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content of the Site is strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Price and Product Information
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could effect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered on the Site.

Limitation on Liability
In no event shall McGregor Fashion Group N.V. or any of its affiliated entities or suppliers be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, even if McGregor Fashion Group N.V. has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action, under contract, negligence or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or performance of the information, services, products and materials available from the site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose or the existence of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Shopping and Payment
Only the following Credit cards accepted:

We do not accept other forms of payment such as:

For added security, your billing address at www.mcgregor-fashion.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

Maximum order amount, Prices and Quantity Limits
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased and/or to prohibit sales to dealers. Any order on www.mcgregor-fashion.com should not exceed the maximum order amount of $200.
We work hard to ensure the information on www.mcgregor-fashion.com, is complete, accurate and current but despite our best efforts, information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Product, content and specifications
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on the printing process or on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in the Web Site at a particular time does not imply or represent that these products or services will be available at any time. In addition, we may make changes in information about price and availability without notice.

Shipping & Handling
We ship through DHL, we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date. Our subsidiary Deno B.V. endeavours to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Depending on shipping conditions you will receive your order within 3 weeks.

We do not ship outside the United States. We do, however, have McGregor stores all over the world. Please use the store locator to find the store nearest to you.

Shipping rates
For every shipment a shipping rate of $7 is added to your purchase amount.

All purchases from www.mcgregor-fashion.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our subsidiary Deno B.V. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Web Site passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Returns
Products bought at www.mcgregor-fashion.com are not eligible for return credit.

Changes to orders
Once you place an order at www.mcgregor-fashion.com you cannot make changes to your order.

Additional Information
No transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under the control of www.mcgregor-fashion.com to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, neither McGregor Fashion Group N.V. nor any of our service providers can ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us over the internet. Any such transmission is done at your own risk.

Applicable Law
The laws of the Netherlands (“Nederlands recht”) will govern these Terms & Conditions without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.  The courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceedings, and to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with respect to transaction subject to these Terms & Conditions.
